While continuing to focus primarily on original hand-pulled print editions, monoprints, and constructed prints, Leilani also enjoys painting on silk, canvas, and wood panels. She uses silk dyes and acrylic paints, as well as mixed media to create her modern fine art originals.

Her education in contemporary art instills her paintings with cutting edge ideas and a perfected archival workmanship that rivals her peers. While the artist's work takes on a variety of themes, her forms are infused with a contemporary conceptualism that leaves its imprint on many types of viewers in a variety of settings. Large scale and oversized works are offered.
